2nd step | Submit your form to us via email nasirrealestate@yahoo.com or directly if you have completed your application online. (Disclaimer: all your informations must be true, any verification can be opted to ensure that the tenant’s legal status is real. No fraud or scam will be tolerated.) |
3rd step | After you submitted your application, we will examine your file. You will receive a response from our company either it’s positive nor negative. – If it’s positive, then continue reading to the 4th step. – If it’s negative, we are sorry that your profile did not match to the landlord’s criteria. Please look other rental properties that will better suit your current situation and apply again. Thank you |
4th step | Once you have been selected, you will have a brief interview session with our team. It can be done either directly or virtually. (Please ensure to have your identity documents with you during the meeting if they were not submitted before for verification, it’s very important.) At the end of your interview, you will receive your residential lease contract. Your signature will be mandatory to become our tenant. |
5th step | After you signed the lease contract, the landlord will give you the flat authorization and the key. You will be ready to settle legally in your dream flat as a tenant! Best wishes!
